Sales Administrator (Maternity Cover)

 

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 3.00pm plus 1 Saturday in 4 - 8.00am to 12.00pm

Salary: 9.75 per hour

 

The Company:

Ferryfast Produce Ltd has been established for over 40 years and is one of the UK's leading fresh produce companies, providing high quality fresh produce nationwide to the wholesale markets, the catering industry and large processers.

We are looking for someone to join our warehouse team, hardworking with a sense of humor. Plenty of overtime available.

 

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with customers both by telephone and email
  • Receive and accurately process customer orders on the system
  • Receiving and processing customer queries
  • Invoice processing
  • Stock ordering
  • Stock adjustments

 

Experience/ Skills required:

  • Good IT skills including MS Office (Excel & Word) and Outlook.
  • Previous sales administration, sales support, sales order processing experience
  • Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
  • Data entry experience
  • High accuracy, good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Problem solving skills
